In the case of a warranty issue Alloy-wheels.ie will return the product to the manufacturer for examination.The manufacturer must establish liability in order for Alloy-Wheels.ie to warrant a product. We would ask customers to understand the need for proper examination by the manufacturer before establishing liability.
Alloy-Wheels.ie may occasionally amend these terms and place the new version on the Site, any changes will become effective immediately and supercede any prior Terms.
Every alloy wheel we sell is designed to last for many years to come.
However wheels require mainainance just like any automotive paintwork. We advise that wheels are cleaned regularly using a non-acidic wheel cleaner and are protected using a wheel sealant.
The use of acidic cleaners will void your warranty.
Due to our inability to monitor individual wheel care there is no finish warranty on wheels with machined lips or spoke faces.
Tyre manufacturer must establish liability in order for Alloy-Wheels.ie to warrant a tyre, if a tyre is deemed warrantable by the manufacturer, then a credit will be raised, which will be in full minus a percentage of the remaining tread depth.
We would ask customers to understand the need for proper tyre examination by the manufacturer before establishing liability to replace the tyre. It may not therefore possible to resolve tyre problems on the spot.
